1. ELIGIBILITY: This offer is open to individuals who (a) are 18 years of age or older, (b) are PermissionResearch members, (c) have Internet access, (d) receive an invitation to participate in a survey (the “Survey”) directly from PermissionResearch, and e) are legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are living in the United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec) and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The invitation to participate in the Survey is not transferable.

2. SPONSOR: This offer is made by TMRG, Inc., 11950 Democracy Drive, Suite 600, Reston, VA 20190 (the “Sponsor”).

3. PARTICIPATION: Participants must answer all questions in order to receive the points offer. Incomplete Surveys will be discarded. For each survey, there is a limit of one points offer per person, per household or email address.

4. PRIVACY: Submission of a completed survey implies authorization to transfer personal data to the United States for purposes of administering the Survey. All information submitted to the Sponsor as part of this Survey will be treated in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at http://www.PermissionResearch.com/privacy.aspx . Participants have the right to access, withdraw, and correct their personal data. Participants may request such action by filling out the support form on the survey invite.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Survey is impaired in any way, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Survey at its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Survey in any manner. ANY ATTEMPT BY A RESPONDENT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SURVEY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, TMRG, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH RESPONDENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

6. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless TMRG, Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Survey.
